Customer Portal Instructions

We have switched to a new billing system that allows the customers to access their account information. 

This is a NEW website and you must create a new login and password.  Your old login and password will no longer work. 


1. Click on the “Pay Your Bill” icon at the top of this screen. 



2. Click on "Set Up Online Access" to create your new account



3. Find your Account Number and CID number from your new bill

4. Enter your entire 10-digit account number (ex. 000001122-0) and CID number from your bill.

5. Enter your email address and create a password for your account

6. Click on the Create Account button

7.  In a few minutes you will receive an email indicating your account has been created.  You MUST click on the blue link in the confirmation email in order to verify and activate your Customer Portal account.  Your account will not work until you click on the blue link.
