If you or someone you know is ready to pursue a rewarding, hands-on career, the Water Environment Federation (WEF) has a scholarship program that can help you achieve that goal. The scholarship is available for individuals pursuing education and/or training in order to obtain an entry level operator’s license or those with experience seeking professional development.

The scholarship will reimburse expenses up to $5,000 and is available to WEF members (it’s easy to become a member) for use in the following concentrations:

• Municipal and industrial treatment
• Reuse
• Collection and distribution
• Stormwater
